Flip Flop and Tennis Shoe Orders
Our flip flops and tennis shoes are made to order and are our own exclusive designs. During the busy bridal season it can take 1 - 4 weeks to finish your order. Rush orders are available for a nominal expedite fee. We use the Wedding Date you enter on the order form to get your order to you on time. If we cannot make that date we contact you via email and offer you options.
Please e-mail us for an RA number on all returns. An RA number must accompany all returns! RA's must be requested within 30 days of receipt. Approved refunds are only available for the cost of merchandise less a 20% restocking fee and can take up to 30 days. It covers the cost to receive, inspect, repackage, re enter into inventory, process all paperwork, and merchant fees involved in the credit card transactions. Shipping and handling charges are never refundable.
Shoes must be arrive within 10 days of RA issuance. They must be in resellable condition with all packaging materials including foam inserts, cardboard, tissue paper, and shoe box in new conditon. Shoes must be free of spots, stains, and marks including dirty toe marks from trying them on. If not in compliance with the above conditions we reserve the right to keep or return the shoes at your cost and refund will be denied.
Orders returned without an RA number are subject to refusal. Returns do not always come back to us and therefore it is necessary to email us for an RA number and shipping instructions. If shoes are returned here without an RA number and have to be returned to the factory, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.
Tennis Shoes and Flip Flops (are made to order)
Elegantly comfortable wedding and reception shoes are our specialty. Our tennis shoes and flip flops are handcrafted with care especially for you. Due to the extreme customization and personalization of these shoes, all sales are final. You may, however, exchange your shoes for a different size of the same shoe with a Return Authorization Number. Please e-mail us for an RA number. Reference the shoe style, size to be exchanged and size to be re-ordered on all correspondance. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for exchange. Design subject to change on re-orders.
All Other Items (Shoes, Handbags, and Accessories)
Due to the custom nature of our business all orders placed with our suppliers are special ordered. We partner with over 10 suppliers for dyeable shoes and handbags. All returns of saleable merchandise carry a 20% restocking fee. This also applies to shipping refusals. All dyed shoes and Ivory shoes are non-returnable for any reason!! Some colored flip flops are not returnabe, they are exchangeable only. Contact us to find out which styles are included in this policy.
Damaged Shipments and Lost Items
All shoes will be packaged carefully as to not ruin design. We are not responsible for damaged goods or lost packages. Claims for damaged shipments due to handling as well as lost packages must be filed with the freight carrier. Email us for the tracking number and freight carrier for your purchase.
We feel strongly about our customer's privacy. We will never distribute e-mail addresses or other personal information to anyone.
